Where is Foster Norman? I am sure he will blame others and not take responsibility for hiring high priced accreditation consultants instead of providing oversight. Committees and bureaucracy never assisted anyone. SECMH is not better off now than it was several years ago, except no one was denied valuable services. I applaud the Star News for carrying this story and Please investigate further this is ABC all over again. The difference is real people are suffering and no apologies given for the "oversight" to those suffering or the taxpayer funded services not being provided to our most vulnerable citizens.
