It's about time southeastern cut off these funds. With all this money that SECMH has speant in the past few years, do we really have a better society? Or did poor people have personal assistants driving them around? My only hope is that most of the poorly run mental health agiencies that are on the edge of closing it's doors will finally do so. Also, I would hope that southeastern cleans it's own house as well.
