Boy, they're just damned if they do,and damned if they don't, right?? Had you been a little LESS prejudiced & judgmental, you might have gone on and written the REMAINDER of what the person said - "By taking that responsibility I'm going to do more volunteer work and try harder for community in order to see a better result." Well, my hat's off to them, any time a community comes together to improve their neighborhood, can't be anything but good.
