I drive down Dawson St. every day around 3:30 PM on my way home from work. If you look to the right around S 15th Street you will see dozens of people hanging out in the yard; sitting in lawn chairs, some under tents. Don't these people work? BTW, why does the sign say "private property, residents only"? I'm forking out hard-earned tax dollars from my paycheck - am I not part owner of the property?
