I am in the Pepsi Refresh voting pool this month for a grant to develop a GPS based monitoring system for domestic violence offenders. Knowing Verizon's commitment to helping DV victims I have asked the Verizon Foundation twice to help me spread the word about the grant and haven't received a response to either request.
