Because it's Bruns Co and that's how they roll....an Ice Age behind everyone else....no pun intended.
DOT dropped the ball on that one.
"It's only been below freezing for a week and were expecting frozen percipitation but we don't need to worry about salting the multiple bridges on the magor highways through Brunswick County...they'll be ok...."
Wonder how the guy that totalled his camper and those 12 cars I saw in the ditch on HWY 17 feel about the DOT's preparation.....
