There are three colors on a traffic light for a reason...
GREEN=GO
RED=STOP
and
YELLOW DOES NOT MEAN SPEED UP AND SEE
IF YOU CAN MAKE IT, OR IN YOUR DREAMS,
ESTABLISH RIGHT-OF-WAY.
You apparently did not understand what you read and you obviously, are not an attorney. Have you ever even taken a driving test and/or been given a license?
