Whether you smoke or not, agree with this law or not I think we should look at what is fair. The law is not fair to those who engage in the activity of smoking, which remains legal. Tobacco products are legal and yet those using them are considered criminals for using them under certain conditions. A very simple solution for this matter is to allow smoking bars and restaurants. These would be designated for smokers. If offended by smoke then you go elsewhere. Simple, both groups wants are met, smokers as well as non smokers.
