Fair? It's not fair that I have COPD and have to walk through piles of smoke at a restaurant to get to my table. It's not fair that I am seated within 25 feet of a smoker at a bar when I'm trying to enjoy a meal and have to smell the nauseating smell of tobacco smoke. It's not fair that I can't go somewhere else because every restaurant allows it. What if YOU or a loved one had a lung disease? You would be shouting from the rooftops to continue the ban. I can finally go and enjoy breatheable air. Let's keep it that way.
