cfpua acts like city council charge you for everything you use times 50 and for what you havent. they have no common sense just like the people in office with our tax dollars, i pay higher water and sewer bills so cfpua can make excuses why everyone there males 100 grand a year and nothing has changed sewer bust and water breaks with our bills all screwed up.
