Black ice forms on local roadsIt continues to be cold and wet outside as we continue on into the night. Many counties are seeing these conditions so the best idea is to stay inside. The North Carolina Department of Transportation's biggest concern is freezing rain and wet roads re-freezing. Freezing means the possibility of black ice on the roads that you may or may not see.
