A waste of money, but if it is so needed why not use an organization from North Carolina. Can't tell me there is not an organization in this state that can not do this. Whatever happen with statement by Mr. Barfield that the County should spend the County's money locally and not for out of state suppliers! Commissioners talk but do as they please- " Good for the citizens" like more jobs, etc. the same old, same old words to justifiy their actions.
