first of all this is nothing more than a move to put responsibility on the individual school if something happens...cause when it does they will be like..HEY..THEY SHOULD HAVE BARRED THEM...ITS THEIR FAULT...
Second...define "students who APPEAR to pose an imminent and significant threat" I mean..I walk by sketchy people all the time who APPEAR to pose an imminent and significant threat...but whom are productive members of society and NO threat...This sounds like an overstep if I ever saw one!
