Any prospects of saving his band director career (or any career for that matter) are officially over. You don't come back from something like this, guilty or not. When people see this article they will see him as a child predator. Like it or not, that's how it's going to happen. He will most likely be fired, because of the fact he is accused of doing something illegal. Do you really think he'd be arrested because some kid goes and says "oh he sent me sexts." No...the police seem to see sufficient evidence to convict him and he's on a $25,000 bond. That's no little bond so they obviously see that he's been doing something wrong. He wouldn't be arrested if there wasn't a sufficient reason. I've seen kids try to get teachers arrested for stuff they didn't do all the time. 99% of them don't get prosecuted. Why? No evidence that it happened or it flat out didn't happen.
