Care? Did you say "care"?

Of course the oh-so-special downtown movers and shakers care. They care about the dollars and cents.

If it were only legal, they would fill up the downtown streets with crack/cocaine cafes.

Crack/Cocaine Cafes in our lovely *Downtown* Wilmington? If only crack/cocaine were legal! If only!

What a money-making idea for downtown entrepreneurs!
