So you saw two cop cars ride by the scene BEFORE the fight took place. So they were in the area and patroling. I am assuming you think they have the ability to see into the future? Maybe they should have stopped and just stood there for a few days just to see if MAYBE a fight might break out in the near future. Can you really be that stupid?
