I agree...we should extend a 3rd lane from the Leland exit to the 421 exit and a 3rd lane from the 421 exit to the Leland exit. This is less expensive than the BILLON dollars the powers to be are wanting to spend on the "Skyway to Nowhere" and also solves the merging problem.
