Thom, keep pushing for this issue. I for one do not want to be double taxed and want nothing to do with Wilmington proper. If Wilmington were to keep annexing NHC, what happens when there is nothing left to annex? Do you implode? No you keeping raising and raising and raising taxes. And don't forget so will NHC.
Why don't we just get rid of NHC? Look at the savings......
