If this young man was the suspect why wasnt he arrested in the first murder? Is it because they didnt have enough evidence to arrest him? I don't think it's fair to prosecute him now that he is deceased seeing as the case is still open. The real murderer could still be on the lose. Im just saying?! May everyone involved find some peace.
