That helicopter was Sid Causeys puppy and everyone truly in the know isn't fooled by your rant. Sid Causey had this in the works when then Capt. McMahon was the commander of Support Services (courts and civil process) Chief Hines loved the helicopter program and Sheriff Causey and he took off with the purchase. This was because the WPD had a copter and Causey didn't get along with Evangelous. That is common knowledge to all associated with the Sheriff's dept.
