Whoever did that is one sick, misguided, cruel mental case. I pray I never run into someone doing cruelty like this because I guarantee the person will regret it. There is no sense in being cruel to helpless animals and people who do this are sick. But sick or not they would face a wrath so terrible it is incomprehensible to describe it and probably againist the law. But, that is how serious the act is and requires extreme measures to ensure no else gets any ideas about doing this to another animal.
