Are you for real? The idiots on the Transportation Committee never asked the vehicle owners for their permission. This is similar to being annexed. Taxation without representation. We live in the north end of the county, and we do not have bus service. We do not go to the beaches during the summer, and have no intention of going downtown to get a bus. It is just another cost added on to those who are retired and do not have the money. Put up a toll gate on all roads at the City line and have them pay for all the services for a "Improved standard of living". I'm not for it, and I avoid the city every opportunity I get.
