As a former Marine, I appreciate Mr. Goolsby's efforts. However, I think that it could wait until better economic times. Why not designate US 17 as such and ask for sponsors for the signs and let them add a small business logo. This way, the signs could be placed along US 17 and the sponsors receive a tax credit.
