The names of the Hwys ,Rds and Streets should stay as they were named. If you want a special name for of the the roads then you should do it when it is built not later when you have to have signs remade... Goverments should watch what they are spending money on too.. It is the tax papers money that sometimes get spent on things that are not needed or should have been done that way the first time....
