I agree..unannounced drug tests will do the trick..dont send them a letter and tell them they need to show up at such and such time to take the test because all they will do is do a cleansing and pee a normal test..yes there are kits that will clean your urine..less money paid out to undeserving people and more money to distribute on great programs..the professor said he has a 94% job placement rate in his program while DSS has a less than 10% job placement rate..not a big problem to see who should get cut?
