I understand the attempt to get the word out, but certified mail?? And where the hell is THAT money coming from? He doesn't get it. People just don't care enough to get involved. So certified mail will NOT get it done. Serve a four course meal, ten people will show up. But beyond that, you will get a handful of people to get involved.
Wilmington is comprised of "by-standers", so I suggest let the media do its job and stay out of the postal business.
