I work with this office regularly and have worked with numerous other Social Security offices in the past, and I have to say by far that Wilmington is the best to deal with! They definitely do the best with what they have to work with. The average person cannot fathom the amount of phone calls, mail, and people they have to deal with on an average day, all with the government asking them to do more with less. Trust me, if their budget is cut, it's going to cause problems for the people that depend on them. And I can tell you from direct experience there's a lot of people that do.
