Let's get real here. Consumers didn't learn their lesson from the 1980's long gas lines and continued to buy bigger gas guzzling autos. My current vehicle is a Ford Focus, which is a smaller car but GREAT on gas. It's 8 years old (bought new) and runs great...no repair except for a new battery last year and routine oil changes. Let's learn from this situation and do our part too...quit buying gas guzzlers!
