regardless if they were wearing seat belts or not, by the way the car looks it was there time to go. I loved them very much. The entire family was full of life. Brandy and Josh were good people and loved there children Kendell and Gavin very very much. There in a better place then we are. There flying high in the sky with beautiful wings and looking down keeping people safe. they are were they are ment to be right now, and i dont think wearing a seatbelt was going to change anything.
