I hope this passes. A citizen goes through an extensive and expensive background check, as well as firearms training and is still treated like a criminal. There are more places that you cannot take your concealed weapon that you can. If an officer of the law approaches you, he must be informed that you have a gun on your person. All this is totally ridiculous. It is the ones that carry without a permit that they need to worry about. If someone wants to hurt someone with a handgun, these laws will not stop them. These laws and most other gun laws only inconvenience and harass those who are no threat to begin with.
