It would still be illegal to carry while drunk, as it always has been. This is just about expanding where I have the right to conceal carry to make it more usable. How about you read the states gun laws before you just make stuff up? Hear that story a few weeks back about the gun they found someone illegally carrying on campus? How could that possibly happen when they post "no firearm" signs? I thought that protected us?
