First..the WHA hires the contractor Clancy and theys..they do the hiring and they hire the subs...it is NOT the WHA..
Secondly..what proof if any does WWAY have that these workers are undocumented? None in this story. Just another wild accusation from this "news" agency.
Lastly...I bet ya a million..that there is bond on the contractor and that if they don't get their mess togehter..the folks that WILL pay them is the WHA..cause that is an agency that does do the right thing.
