We supplied nails to NC contracting on this job and others of his. We have not been paid on any of his jobs by him. We had to threaten to lien those jobs as well as this one in NC. We have liens in place on this job and the bond. Robert miller also owes 2 other nail suppliers on this job. Robert miller wrote us a check to pay it off but it was returned NSF. We are in the process of taking out a criminal felony warrant on him and will prosecute to the fullest extent.
