OK, first of all, I had to read your post 3 times to try to understand what you were saying, and I still got only half of it. No wonder you're unemployed. Who wants to hire someone who has deplorable written communication skills like yours?
Second, the working people get tax breaks/returns because they deserve them after people like you suck us dry. You know how to work the system and milk it for all it's worth. Without us, you would receive nothing...no welfare checks, no food stamps, no medicaid, etc. I've supported you for over 40 years now. Get up off your a$$ and work for a living. You would be amazed how it would improve your character and your self esteem.
