Info

Since being transferred from Dorothea Dix Hospital to the other hospital in Butner I have suffered financially. I'm driving 104 miles/day with no pay increase and no gas allowance. Thanks to our great Gov. and the politicians whom decided they would cut cost by sending us there. We haven't had a raise in years and some of us are getting cash advances just to survive. I have paid more money in gas and car repairs since working at the new hospital. The grand total for my checking account is $4 after I have written all of my bills for the month. Try surviving on $4 for the rest of the month without knowing where your next dollar will come from. It doesn't concern the politicians because they have their gigantic salaries to play with. I have cancelled life insurance, dental and disability insurance because I can no longer afford it. I am highly disappointed in the state system.
