I agree with your comments completely, get the DRUNKS off the roads....unfortunately that's not going to happen as long as they can get a lawyer and get them off by pleading to a lesser charge or getting a restricted license to drive to work or either they just keep driving with or without a restricted license. I'd like to see anyone that blows a .08 or more (as far as I'm concerned a .01) slammed in jail for at least 30 day on the first offense even if it means losing their job because there is no reason, ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to be driving after consuming alcohol. I know there are many that will disagree with me but if someone can give me an intelligent reason to drive after drinking then I might reconsider my way of thinking but I doubt it.
