the law needs to stipulate that the parents of any student paid will be billed twice the amount paid to the student.
This is ridiculous.
As a youth, we never had such a ridiculous proposal. Let your grades drop and you got a walk to the woodshed and sports team removal.
On another note, with the state budget in such a shambles, where do they anticipate the funds will come from? Teachers are already sqwealing over the proposal to hit them for health care premiums.
