Really, did he get every school? Including Charter and Private schools? The children attending those schools are also worthy of inspiration and should get to experience the brilliance of Mr. Hayes' accomplishments in spite of his disability.
If he only gave to the Traditional Public Schools, then that should be accurately reflected in the story.
