You are so right!! I may tired of the ABUSE from CFPUA. I think any organization that has raised rates has much as they have would have been investigated, fined, and possibly shutdown by now. I think all should apply to CFPUA. I am tired of them sticking it to us every chance they get with the excuse it is to cover bond payments. I am sure there will be pay raise for their staff this year.
I bet when the bonds are paid they will not reduce rates. This is the worse organization in the county.
