Where does she think the money is going to come from?
She & the legislature have not even begun to address teh gross underfunding of the state employee retirement fund.
The State begins interest only payments, during 2011, of about $143 MILLION on the money borrowed during her administration and that of Big Mike, for Medicaid.
The reality is she has not come up with a plan to deal with the budget mess she helped create. Ten years as Governor and Lt Governor. Prior to that, she was in the Senate and played a key role in the budget process.
