When does this man go to court on his charges? His victim is dead and he is still on the street being a danger to others and himself. It doesn't matter what the judge says. This man will continue to operate some type of vehicle until he hurts someone else, kills someone else or himself. The best place for him is jail until his court trial comes up. An attorney would say that is too harsh. Maybe - but it would keep others safe. Unless the attorney wants to take him home with them and make sure he gets where he needs to get legally!!!!!!!!!
