Its amazing how Jon David holds himself out to help the public. What he doesn't tell you is that these new programs actually cost the public more. Between this driving school and a $25 fine, the average person pays much more than they did before. It was just a matter of time until David got caught. Try acting more like an honest DA and less like a politican all the time! Hopefully people will wake up and realize that Jon is nothing more than a power hungry politician.
