PLEASE ANYONE SHOW SOME PROOF THAT THESE PROGRAMS HAVE SLOWED DOWN YOUNG DRIVERS OR STOPPED SPEEDING IN ANY OF THE COUNTIES WHERE IT EXISTS...Driving schools in general are a waste of time and only help these people from losing their licenses and getting insurance points..I wish they did work then perhaps we could disband the highway patrol and not layoff a bunch of teachers.
