Wow - we certainly wouldn't want to try to save the lives of our most at-risk drivers - the number one killer of 16-25 year olds that kills more young people that the next four leading causes combined - because the community college might lose a small percentage of their income to a program that has been highly successful in four other counties....Anyone who's been to one of those classes where you sit and get lectured at for 4 hours knows how effective those programs are......
