It's funny that in North Carolina the state sells the booze. You can get drunk. Often people get in fights or drive their cars illegally while under the influence. Yet, smoking pot is illegal. Never met someone who got stoned and wanted to start a fight. I don't smoke it, that's a personal choice. But there are states where you can grow it, sell it for medical purposes, even produce cookies and butter with it. In NC, they just clog up the courts and already overcrowded prison system with marijuana cases which cost taxpayers more money. North Carolina will eventually learn that controlling production and taxing marijuana will lower the cost of our justice system, prisons and boost ta revenues. They could even sell it at ABC stores right along side expensive brands of booze.
