I don't know either Judge Jolly or DA David but after reading the order issued by Judge Jolly I found the wording to be more of a personal attack on the DA then anything that had any judicial or legal substance. I have a feeling there is no love lost between the Judge and the DA and the Judge should know better then to get personal when his decision effects hundreds of people.
