Don't You WANT Him To Talk to Others?

Judges don't HAVE to ask permission for much of anything and they don't HAVE to consult anyone before issuing an order, but don't we, as the public that they serve, WANT the judges to talk to the DA and law enforcement and the clerk's office and whoever else in the system that is going to be affected by their orders before they issue them? As a citizen of Brunswick County, I would like for all of the elected officials in the system to work together instead of working against each other (no matter what party they belong to). It could be that any problems could be worked out by just sitting down with anyone involved and getting all of the facts out on the table, or maybe not, but they won't know unless they try, will they?
