Circumventing a teenager sitting in court all day for traffic violations; a fee to instead be paid to one Exclusive company which has made campaign contribution(s) to the District Attorney does not make the public more safe. Here Mr. Teenager, lets send you to ride in a car on an obstacle course instead of making you sit in court all day! Of course they want to drive a car instead of sitting in court! If the officers don't like the part of the job of appearing in court for 1 day a month, then maybe the judicial field is not their cup of tea. Dismissing cases and sending the fees instead to a private company that are supposed to be paid to the State for the operations of courthouses and the court personnell salaries to fund our justice system, is most definitely a scheme. If we have no funds to operate our justice system, then where would we be? Streetsafe may apply for separate grants and government funding and the courts can suggest the class be completed as part of the overall final disposition for consideration for any other cases that may be pending for 1 year and offer to reduce driver points by suggesting the class for anyone, not just teenagers.
