Soles is an elderly man in his seventies, and this young turk--Stacey Scott--says Soles beat the s**t out of him? Stacey's story is not all that convincing--part truth, part lies. The truth is probably that Soles ran him off his property and threatened him.
But first of all, Stacey had no business on RC's deck at 10:30 at night. He was trespassing on private property!
Second, Stacey and the other young men with unsavory pasts--RC represented all of them in court for various crimes-- seem to have ganged together to harass and bully Mr. Soles.
It's looking more and more like a classic case of bullying to me--elder bullying. My sympathies are solidly with Mr. Soles.
Is it not possible for Columbus County Law officials to get the message to Soles' bullies that if they continue their bully tactics, they will be dealt with harshly by the courts?
