This is the weirdest bunch of stories that I have ever heard in my life!!!

I still can't get over the fact that RC had the audacity to ride on the back of a convertible while waving mindlessly to the otherwise excited crowds during last years Fourth of July Parade in Southport.

What's really going on? Is the Judge his boyfriend? Getting kickbacks or corvets and houses bought for him too? There should be a Federal Investigation of every aspect of this utter nonsense.
